MICHELE M. GOLDSMITH was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1995. Ms. Goldsmith's practice includes insurance, construction, employment law, and environmental law.

Ms. Goldsmith is admitted to practice before the state courts of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Ms. Goldsmith received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University at Northridge, cum laude, in 1992 and received her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 1995. While at Loyola Law School, Ms. Goldsmith was Vice-President of Pi Alpha Delta, a legal fraternity and served as both a staff member and an editor on the Loyola Law School Entertainment Law Journal. Since beginning her practice with this firm, Ms. Goldsmith has second chaired two jury trials, one of which was in Federal Court, and has second chaired one court trial.
