Elina Antoniou

Ms. Antoniou is Of Counsel with BDG Law Group, where she practices eminent domain, environmental, real estate, and business litigation. Much of her practice at BDG focuses on eminent domain, working with clients both prior to and after commencement of eminent domain proceedings. She has handled eminent domain cases for large public entities, including counties, transportation authorities, and flood control districts, and has experience litigating a multitude of eminent domain issues, such as just compensation, project effect, highest and best use feasibility, environmental contamination, title issues, full and partial takes, goodwill damages, and more. Ms. Antoniou works to find creative and practical solutions for her clients, including pre-litigation resolutions and negotiated settlements. She has significant courtroom experience, has gone to trial multiple times, and has a track record of getting positive outcomes for her clients.
