George G. Romain

George Romain is a Labor & Employment Attorney with over 25 years of experience. His practice focuses on representing public and private employers in a broad range of labor and employment disputes, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination matters. He also provides advice and counseling to employers regarding employee investigations, and workplace policies. Additionally, George has experience handling wage and hour and PAGA class action matters - he recently spearheaded the defense of several trucking companies in an employee misclassification class action case. He has experience with all aspects of litigation including but not limited to taking and defending depositions; responding and propounding discovery; drafting motions; client communication; preparing for trial as well as going to trial.
