Lital Ruimy is an Associate with Bergman Dacey Goldsmith. Prior to joining Bergman Dacey Goldsmith, Ms. Ruimy was an associate at a prominent Los Angeles law firms, where her practice focused on litigating general commercial liability matters and complex product liability, mass tort, and toxic tort civil matters on behalf of private companies and individuals. Lital is skilled in all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, taking and defending depositions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations.

Ms. Ruimy earned a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2016. Ms. Ruimy also completed a concentration in Environmental Law while at Loyola Law School, and she placed in the Top 10 at the State Bar of California’s 17th Annual Student Environmental Negotiations Competition. Ms. Ruimy earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences, with an emphasis in Science and Policy, and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 2011.
