On June 12, 2013, the Board of Trustees of the Los Angeles Community College District selected Senior Shareholder, John P. Dacey, Esq., and BDG Law Group, PLC., (“BDG Law Group”) to become Lead Construction Counsel for the District’s $6 Billion Building Program, the largest Green Building Program in the nation.
As Lead Construction Counsel, Mr. Dacey and BDG Law Group will provide legal counsel on all legal matters regarding the District’s Building Program.
The District is the largest community college district in the United States with nine college campuses serving more than 250,000 students. The District is spread throughout 36 cities in an area encompassing 882 square miles in the greater Los Angeles area.
