BDG Law Group’s Senior Shareholder John P. Dacey will present “Lessons Learned From Large Bond Projects Help Everyone – Part 2” at the Community College Facility Coalition’s (CCFC) 20th Annual Conference. The program will provide an in-depth look at the best practices for community college districts engaged in construction, including alternative project delivery methods, legal/business considerations, and related topics.
John has been recognized as a California Super Lawyer for the past 7 years in Construction Law and has successfully resolved over 500 public and private works disputes. He was the chief outside attorney behind Los Angeles Unified School District’s $29 billion construction program, served as Chairman of a Citizen’s Independent Oversight Panel that made recommendations for improvements to Los Angeles Community College District’s (LACCD) $6 billion building program, and was selected in June to serve as Lead Construction Counsel for LACCD’s building program.
