Bergman was the speakers at the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Workshop for water professionals by the Association of California Water Agencies (“ACWA”). Their 1-hour general CLE credit program was entitled, “Words Do Matter – Especially in Your Public Works Contracts.” Greg showed how fairly simple changes to regularly-used contractual provisions can provide solutions that will result in substantial savings to public entities.
