Andy K. Cho is Of Counsel with BDG Law Group, where he practices eminent domain and real estate law. Prior to joining BDG, much of his practice focused on eminent domain, inverse condemnation, real property, and business litigation, working with clients both prior to and after commencement of proceedings. Andy has approximately 19 years of experience in litigation, including jury and bench trials, as well as state and federal appellate work. Andy has handled eminent domain cases for many large public entities, including the California Department of Transportation, the California High-Speed Rail Authority, Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, and Southern California Edison.

Carrie A. Raven is Of Counsel in BDG Law Group’s Eminent Domain and Inverse Condemnation Practice Group. Carrie has devoted, almost exclusively, more than 18 years of legal practice to the representation of numerous cities and other public agencies throughout California. Carrie’s practice focuses on eminent domain, inverse condemnation, infrastructure development, environmental and land use litigation. Carrie also has extensive experience in public contracting and works closely with cities and public agencies on all aspects of public works construction projects from planning and property acquisition through project closeout.
Andrew Wheaton is Of Counsel with BDG Law Group, where his practice concentrates on complex civil litigation, with a focus on real estate litigation, business and corporate litigation, intellectual property, employment and trade secrets litigation. Andrew received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Morehouse College. Andrew has been practicing law in Los Angeles since 1991 honing his practice in litigation through trial.
